Do you find yourself feeling misunderstood, distant, or stuck in the same arguments? Maybe you’re longing to feel closer to your partner, but you don’t know how to bridge the gap, or perhaps you’re single and keep finding yourself in the same kind of relationship patterns,
wondering why things don’t change.
You’re not alone. Relationships are where we experience some of our greatest joy, but also our deepest pain. That’s why relationship therapy can be so transformative; it helps you make sense of what’s happening, understand yourself and your partner more deeply, and start relating in a new, healthier way.
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy offers a space to slow things down and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. At Live Life Happy Therapy, we work from a relational stance, meaning we focus on how you connect, both with others and with yourself.
Through therapy, you can:
Improve communication and emotional understanding
Heal from past or ongoing relationship trauma
Develop more secure attachment patterns
Rebuild trust and intimacy
Strengthen self-esteem and personal boundaries
Learn tools to manage conflict and express needs safely
Many clients tell us that therapy not only changes their relationship, it changes how they relate
to the world around them.
What We Offer
At Live Life Happy Therapy, we specialise in relationship therapy for both individuals and couples. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or wanting to understand repeating patterns, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.
Our therapists each bring their own unique style, but we all share a compassionate, collaborative approach, helping you feel seen, understood, and supported.

Who You’ll Work With
Your first point of contact will be with me Nicola Griffiths, founder and director of Live Life Happy Therapy. I specialise in couples and relationship therapy and EMDR for complex trauma. I’ll explore your needs and goals, and either work with you directly or match you with one of the qualified associates or therapy students on the team who best fits your situation.
This way, you’ll always have access to the right level of support, whether you’re looking for long-term psychotherapy or short-term counselling.
Therapy Fees
We believe therapy should be accessible and inclusive. Our prices range from £35 to £100 per session, depending on the therapist’s experience and specialism. Everyone is welcome to reach out, there’s no pressure or commitment. We’ll simply explore what feels right for you and take it from there.
