I offer an empathetic and compassionate listening ear. My therapeutic approach integrates counselling, hypnotherapy, EMDR, and coaching. I also draw from somatic therapy, which emphasises the connection between body and mind. I ensure that each session is uniquely tailored to your needs.

I provide both long and short-term therapy for clients aged 16 and up, welcoming individuals from young adults to seniors. My therapy services are available in person in my private space in Cubley, Derbyshire, as well as online via Zoom for those who prefer to receive therapy from the comfort of their own home.
 
My location is conveniently located just a 10-minute car journey from Uttoxeter and Ashbourne and within 20 minutes from Stoke-on-Trent, Burton on Trent, and Derby. I am situated just 5 minutes off the A50 Sudbury roundabout.​

Fueled by my commitment to assisting clients, I am continually enhancing my skills as a therapist. Since March 2023, I've been working towards UKCP accreditation as an Outcome-Oriented Trainee Psychotherapist, with completion expected by May 2025. I full adhere to UK Council of Psychotherapy code of ethics.
