Individual Therapy: £90 per session
Couples Therapy: £100 per session

 

What’s Included

A regular weekly slot reserved for you.

50-minute sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48-hour cancellation policy: sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.

• Rescheduling: up to 2 reschedules per year are included. Additional reschedules are charged at the full fee.

• If I cancel due to unexpected illness: you will be offered either an alternative time or a refund.

 

Holiday Allowance

• You can take up to 2 weeks off in each third of the year (6 weeks total per year) without charge:

  • 2 weeks between January-April

  • 2 weeks between May-August

  • 2 weeks between September-December

• If you take more time off than this, the full session fee is payable as a retainer to keep your regular slot open.

If you want to attend less frequently ad-hoc sessions may be booked if I have availability that week, but these are not secured slots and cannot be guaranteed.
