Our 15-minute call is a chance for me, Nicola, to hear what you’re looking for and explain your options, whether that’s working with me directly or with one of our team. Together, we’ll see what feels like the best fit.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Clients with more severe mental health disorders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This typically includes conditions requiring psychiatric oversight or crisis intervention. If you are under the care of a psychiatrist, I will require that our work together is disclosed to ensure there are no contraindications. Additionally, I will require that our work is disclosed to your GP. I can only work with individuals with severe mental health conditions while they are in a stable state, as I do not have the necessary support within private practice to manage crisis-level needs. Please be aware that I am not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, please contact emergency services, your GP, or a mental health crisis team.
