Individual & Couples Therapy: £110 per session
What’s Included
A regular weekly slot reserved for you.
50-minute sessions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to two sessions per calendar year with the 48 hrs required notice.

Once this allowance has been used, or where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.

If I cancel due to unexpected illness: you will be offered either an alternative time or a refund.
Holiday Allowance

You can take up to 2 weeks off in each third of the year (6 weeks total per year) without charge:

2 weeks between January-April

2 weeks between May-August

2 weeks between September-December

If you take more time off than this, the full session fee is payable as a retainer to keep your regular slot open.
Please note:
If you want to attend less frequently ad-hoc sessions may be booked if I have availability that week, but these are not secured slots and cannot be guaranteed.

A consistent monthly fee spread across the year, with planned holiday periods already factored into the cost.
Monthly Fee Structure
Weekly therapy spaces are charged at a flat fee of £395 per month, payable in advance. Sessions are held on an ongoing weekly basis. Due to the way the calendar falls and planned holiday periods, there may occasionally be periods where sessions occur less frequently within a calendar month. This has already been factored into the monthly fee structure, creating a consistent payment throughout the year.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
As your appointment slot is reserved specifically for you on an ongoing weekly basis, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot usually be rearranged.
However, if I happen to have another appointment available within the same week, you are welcome to move into that space where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.
If I cancel due to unexpected illness, you will be offered either an alternative appointment or a refund.
Holiday Periods
Planned holiday periods have already been factored into the monthly fee structure, creating a consistent flat monthly payment throughout the year.
At least one month’s notice will usually be given for planned holidays wherever possible.
Please Note
Your weekly appointment time remains reserved specifically for you. For example, if your appointment is Tuesday at 3pm, this will remain your ongoing weekly therapy space.
