Service Description
Sessions are available either in person at your therapist’s location or online via Zoom for clients in the UK and Europe. New Clients – Thank you for booking. Please select your preferred slot and location. I will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide a brief overview of how I work, to ensure it’s the right fit for you moving forward. Payment will then be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Without payment, the booking will be cancelled. Returning Clients – Thank you for getting back in touch. Cancellation Policy
The client agrees to commit to weekly therapy sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes. All payments must be made at the time of booking. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies: cancellations made outside of this timeframe will result in the payment being non-refundable. Clients may reschedule up to two appointments per calendar year. Any additional reschedules will be considered non-refundable. For long service breaks of over 2 weeks per term, retainers are needed to hold your preferred appointment slot.
