50-minute couples & relationship therapy session – Your path to better communication
Service Description
At Live Life Happy Therapy, you'll be welcomed into a compassionate and supportive environment tailored to your unique needs as a couple. Whether you're seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, or navigate challenges, this is a space where healing, growth, and transformation in your relationship are encouraged to flourish. Appointments can be scheduled for in-person or online sessions. I primarily work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, but I also offer limited availability for couples therapy on Saturday mornings. (Please be aware that sessions are 50 minutes in duration. They are listed as 1 hour to allow for a buffer time between appointments because the system's online buffer isn't working correctly, so I have added it manually.)
Cancellation Policy
All payments must be made at the time of booking. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies: cancellations made outside of this timeframe will result in the payment being non-refundable. Clients may reschedule up to two appointments per calendar year. Any additional reschedules will be considered non-refundable. Please note that appointment slots cannot be held open without a confirmed booking in advance. I kindly ask for payment to secure appointment time slots, as I’m unable to hold them without confirmation. To ensure continuity of care, I encourage clients to schedule their next session in advance. For long service breaks, retainers are available if needed to hold your preferred appointment slot. The client agrees to commit to weekly therapy sessions for a duration of 6 or 12 months, with the option to extend where needed. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and I will provide a reminder approximately 5 minutes before the session ends. This ensures time to schedule your next session and address any questions that may have come up during our time together. Mental Health Support Limitation: Live Life Happy Therapy does not have the resources to assist clients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or dissociative identity disorder. If you are experiencing any of these conditions, please reach out, and I will guide you to a therapist who can offer the specialised support you need.
