Service Description
Our 15-minute call is a chance for you to ask any questions and for me to explain a little about how I work. At the end, you’re welcome to book a first session, or take a little time to decide, whatever feels right. Please note: If the times shown don’t suit you, just get in touch and we’ll find an alternative.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Clients with more severe mental health disorders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This typically includes conditions requiring psychiatric oversight or crisis intervention. If you are under the care of a psychiatrist, I will require that our work together is disclosed to ensure there are no contraindications. Additionally, I will require that our work is disclosed to your GP. I can only work with individuals with severe mental health conditions while they are in a stable state, as I do not have the necessary support within private practice to manage crisis-level needs.
